'Wild Mutation' by Mark Wardel 8-24July
Punk was about revolution, iconography and isolation. With this show of new paintings, Wardel aims to evoke an atmosphere or feeling of rather than trying to depict specifics. The blank and replicated figures in these acrylic, oil and spray paint works might be real human beings or just as easily robots or an army of clones populating the neon urban night.
